So... I have a laptop and a home gaming PC. I also have an OLED TV (used for gaming PC) and a monitor (used for laptop). I currently have run an hdmi switch that lets me swap the monitor over to the gaming PC (after lots of flashing etc), but no way of doing it the other way (using laptop on both). However, for my use case most of time they should each go to their current set ups, only to be switched when relaxing (both on gaming PC) or work gets serious (both on laptop).
Is a KVM what I'm looking for? Do I just need lots of wires and another splitter? There has got to be a better way to do this.

PS, the mouse and keyboard are already solved. I really appreciate the logi MX keys and track ball equivalent being able to seamlessly swap back and forth between 2 PCs quickly and easily.
