L50D-B not booting up, and looks like it had got very hot, but only gets warm in screen dead state

I've got exactly the same problem (but I can see, apart from spinning up, there's no major activity from the hard drive, so not booting up). My model is an L50D-B. I'm wondering if you ever got your blank screen problem resolved?

You need to at least link to whatever post you are talking about, you maybe tried to reply to a post but ended up starting a new one. Either way, it's better to start a new post for your issue rather than add yours to an older post.

Does the system work with an external screen? Can you hear the Windows startup sounds? Need details about the issue.
