Lagging recorded videos

Every video that I record lags. Not on my end but to everyone I send it to or if I try to post it. Please help
Why does it lag? And can it be fixed?

What lags? Is the whole thing just moving and sounding slow? Is the video moving slower than the sound? Is the sound moving slower than the video?

The video is moving slower than sound and it's as if you're playing the live capture feature on iphones. This is happening with my s8
