Laptop Advice Please Looking for 2-in-1 around $800

Because there aren't enough questions asking for advice about tech here comes another.

I'm looking for a lightweight 2-in-1 with 8GB RAM. Other specs aren't a major concern for the kind of work I'll be doing but I need an HDMI port and prefer a SSD.

I've been looking at the Lenovo Yoga 700, Acer Aspire and Dell Inspirion.

Top pick of the three? Is there an option I'm missing?

Thanks but... I probably should have added that I've had too many bad experiences with Asus, they are a no go.
What are the concerns with Lenovo, Acer AND Dell?
HP Envy or Spectre?

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 starts at $799.99 on Amazon, though you'll need a keyboard.

I reviewed the HP Spectre x360 13t here: http://www.laptopmag.com/reviews/laptops/hp-spectre-x360-13t-2016, but it was a bit more souped up than the $800 model.

I have friends who work at bestbuy. I have asked them which laptops are returned broken the most. Hp and Dell are the two largest rejects. Lenovo is returned less, but it is their batteries that die (don't hold a charge). I have not found that great reviews of Acer. You could go with a clevo based system 76 laptop like this. https://system76.com/cart/configure/lemu6
