Laptop (Asus R500VD Win 10) Keyboard AND USB Keyboard Keys not working.

Some keys are out on both the main keyboard, and the USB keyboard. Weird thing is, it's not all the same keys, the spacebar works on the laptop, but not the USB, the G works on the USB, but not the laptop. Same in BIOS, even re-installed the OS... same problem, tried driver roll back same problem. Guessing this is a motherboard failure at this point, am I missing something... this is definitely not a function key or num lock issue. Thanks!

reset the bios to defaults. how old is laptop & is it still under warranty?

Tried the bios reset, no change. Laptop motherboard is still under manufacturer warrenty... But I live in Costa Rica. Shipping back and fourth is not preferred.

Any other things I can try?

try this. remove laptop battery, disconnect power adapter from laptop, remove usb keyboard from laptop, hold down the laptop's power button for 20 count, re-install laptop battery, reconnect power adapter to laptop & turn on the laptop.
