Laptop Audio playing terrible loop noise

My laptop whether i route sound through speakers or headphones randomly makes this looping piercing high pitch noise that is agonizing to hear please help

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by uninstalling/reinstalling the Sound card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Sound driver.
- Once uninstalled, you can either download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer site of the laptop which is recommended or just reboot the laptop and it will reinstall the driver after the reboot.
- After the reboot, do test the laptop again and see if the sound will be better or not.
- If it's still the same, do run System Restore and restore it to an earlier date or time when the sound was working properly.

- And if System Restore will still not work your last option would be to reinstall Windows.
