I have dell inspiron 15 3521 laptop.My battery dead now.I like to purchase new battery.My old battery 40wh and can i buy 65wh battery?is that compatible with my laptop?

Your new battery needs to have the same specs as the old one to work correctly.

IMHO, laptop batteries is one of those things best purchased from the laptop's vendor, in this case Dell, to ensure compatibility and longest possible life. After that, you are on you own to born the risks. A battery that says to have over 23% over original's capacity is a big red flag in my book.

I have to agree with getting an OEM battery. They hold up better, are guaranteed to fit (sizing can be an issue on some off brands) and you will be sure they have the right amount of power.
