Laptop Battery Charging

Assalam Alaikum ...
Does anyone knows about laptop battery management or charging softwares? I dont want to charge my battery at 100 all the time but less than 90 and i found nothing about softwares related to it.

it is rare to find software like this. what is the model of your laptop. Sometimes going to the manufacturer's website might help (Dell, Toshiba, etc)

My laptop is dell inspiron 3542 .... it comes with dell quickset but it didnt work
