Laptop battery issue

I have braught new Lenovo g50 laptop after use of 3 hrs battery showa plugged in but not charging what to do.

If you are having problems with it already you should contact the place you bought it from and have them replace it.

If you had it plugged in to AC since hour 0 and never unplugged, this would be normal, as the battery was never discharged.

If you had it on battery for 3 hours, THEN you plugged in AC and there is no sign of charging, then this is not normal.
