Thanks for your answer.

I have few queries if you can answer that
1. While working with Designing and 3d softwares does gpu's higher vram (4gb)helps in performance boost or not.

2. i5 vs i7 mobile processors how much difference they make in terms of performance while working in these softwares, while running multi softwares at the same time and while rendering.

Please answer keeping in mind that i will use Photoshop, illusytator,After effects and element 3d plugin v1.6 and v 2.0 in future(specially on high priority) and 3ds max n cinema4d for motion graphics purpose as hard core heavy rendering will be very rare.

I m motion graphics artist working for broadcast.

your 1 & 2 question both answer is -> YES. it will make a difference.

i5 & i7 roughly 15-20% higher power. in gaming you will not find much difference. but in Vfx kind of stuffs & huge multitasking you will find difference.

Actually in 3D Graphics designing / rendering. higher is always better. but the minimum requirements is different.
i have first choosed you that laptop that is having all minimum capability to run/do things that you need in 3D and animation.
like 4GB Vram, 8GB RAM, FHD screen . and tried to get Max.. specification for your Budget.

but if you ask me, its enough for a motion graphics artist?
ill say No.
you may/should need a powerful i7 processor and a Next Level graphics card in your laptop.
that will costs some extra, out of your budget.

You can can choose between these two laptops :-

http://www.snapdeal.com/product/lenovo-y5070-ideapad-59431090-laptop/1289396062#bcrumbLabelId:57

-> (+) best one with higher graphics & processor (-) dont have an DVD writer.

-> (+) Overall a very good & powerful laptop with all features has 5th Gen i7 processor(latest). (-) slightly low powered CPU and GPU compared to prev laptop.

Both are having a great configuration for their price. you can be more confident with your work :)

I think for hardcore graphics like extensive renderings i will opt for a powerful desktop when needed but for now i will go with a laptop to fulfill my intermediate needs. For that i think your very first option is quite good. But have a doubt in that its gpu is 840M if i m correct and its not listed in Element 3d graphic card requirement at videocopilot website and as i use it a lot.Any idea about it and any other laptop in that range providing same config but diff Gpu card that comes under Elemnt 3d requirement List.

And are you from a multimedia field.

just now saw that videocopilot website,
they have not updated the latest GPU's which arrived recently, to their list.
if you are ok about the website that you follow regularly -> sure you can buy 840M without any doubt.
bec there is GT 640M GPU is in that minimum requirement list. - after that 3 years passed 740M , 840M , 940M(coming soon)
840M is more powerful than 640M.

Im not from multimedia field. just know some things abt it. as my friend is in that job.
