Question laptop blank screen

after pressing power button the system starts but without anything on the display and after few seconds it turns off itself and starts again but still no dispaly

(the os is not booted ,harddisk is spinning, wireless led is not on, capslock led doesnot light up, fans spin after cpu gets hot)

Most likely issue is the motherboard. What did you try already if anything? Swap RAM? Try booting without the drive in?
