Hello,
My laptop HP-BS145TU bought on Amazon is one month old. The specs are: Windows 10 Pro (UEFI Mode), Intel Core i5 8250U Processor, HP 832A Motherboard, 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz RAM, 120GB Kingston A400 SSD (SATA 3), 1TB Toshiba 5400rpm HDD (in optical drive bay).
I've upgraded to the latest BIOS version i.e. F.36. As per Crystal Disk Mark, read and write speeds of SSD are 471MB/s and 400MB/s respectively. I've disabled all the startup programs and my current boot time is approx. 10 seconds. Last BIOS time in Task Manager is 2.5 seconds.
A guy in one of the product reviews on Amazon says that his boot speed is approx. 5 seconds. Is it possible? If yes, kindly suggest me what to do.
Thanks.
