Laptop Camera Issue

I recently bought a Lenovo G70 laptop and for some reason, the camera no longer records in hd. Is there any way to fix this and if not why might this be happening?

Hi,

Please do try to uninstall/reinstall the Camera driver that may help in solving the issue.
- Open Device Manager and uninstall the webcam driver.
- Once uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: https/download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles/5kg002wf.exe
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed then test it again.
