Hello, I have an HP Pavilion dv6 and I am running windows 10 Home 64 bit system. I am trying to get Skype to work and it cannot find my webcam. We have a Cyberlink YouCam preinstalled with the computer and I have done all necessary updates to the webcam from the Cyberlink website. Any help to get this up and running would be great - my husband has an interview to do via skype early next week

Updated to add: The webcam doesn't work in the YouCam program either. It just shows a blue screen with CyberLink YouCam in the box.

Solution
With the Youcam program, the settings can be causing a problem, and isn't necessary for Skype to work properly. Try uninstalling YouCam, and go to Skype > Tools > Options > Video Settings.

The Tools button is at the top of the Skype window
