My Lenovo Legion Y720's charger is doing something, I dont know if it's supposed to prevent the battery from being overcharged, I dont know.
While playing games, I use Lenovo's fan boost software, (I think that uses a bit more power), and when my battery reaches 96%, it goes down to 95% and says (plugged in, discharging), after some time maybe 1 or 2 mintues, it goes back up to 96% and repeats. Now, while writing this. its gone up to 97% and hasnt gone back down yet.
Theres also a glitch where the charger sometimes says 1minute from fully charged.

Is this all just software issues? or am i gonna have to buy a new charger
