Solved! Laptop Charger charges and discharges

My Lenovo Legion Y720's charger is doing something, I dont know if it's supposed to prevent the battery from being overcharged, I dont know.

While playing games, I use Lenovo's fan boost software, (I think that uses a bit more power), and when my battery reaches 96%, it goes down to 95% and says (plugged in, discharging), after some time maybe 1 or 2 mintues, it goes back up to 96% and repeats. Now, while writing this. its gone up to 97% and hasnt gone back down yet.

Theres also a glitch where the charger sometimes says 1minute from fully charged.

Is this all just software issues? or am i gonna have to buy a new charger

You may want to see if you're on the latest BIOS update(or if you have any pending) and then state back with the Build/Version of Windows 10, you're currently on.

I think the lenovo support webpages are down, I keep getting errors trying to access them.

Im not sure about this one but I think this is my OS version: Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134

Ive managed to access the Lenovo support website.
The BIOS update posted on the website is the same as what is installed on my laptop right now
