Question Laptop charger isn't working

So, I was just putting my laptop to charge in the morning when suddenly my laptop stopped charging and I went to check the charger. Its light has been off (it flashes green when it's connected to an energy source) and I went to grab it and I almost burned my hand, since it was really hot. I put it on a table and let it cool off. I just want to know if I have to buy a new charger.

Agreed. If it is that hot, you need to get a new on before it causes any damage or starts a fire. Just be sure you get an OEM one and not aftermarket.
