Laptop Choice ACER V5-573g and ASUS k56cb

Hi i just want to ask any advice. I'm actually going to buy a laptop and i'm actually looking at this 2 products. I'm just wondering if any could help me making the right decision to which i'm going to buy.
I'm actually looking for a multipurpose laptop. But more on gaming and 3d rendering. but not that hardcore. Pls.. need some help. thank you

Acer has the better CPU and depending on model prob more DRAM, Asus has better screen and GPU, if you went with the 8GB in it, I'd go with the Asus for the GPU and gaming, if doing alot of rendering, prob the Acer as it's got the better CPU

But Do you think any of this two laptops will be worth my money? $900 i think. Or could you suggest me a much better laptop with same screen but better performance with the same specs.? thank you
