Laptop choice among Asus/HP/HCL

I want to buy laptop under Rs.35000($644) in INDIA.
i narrowed down my search to 3 laptops.

1) HP gt6-2005ax:
AMD Quad Core A8-4500M, 4gb RAM ,500gb HDD , AMD Radeon HD 7640G + 7670M Dual GPU (1 GB DDR3 dedicated) , Windows7 Home Basic

2)Asus K55VD-SX314D
Intel Core i3 2350M Processor, 4GB DDR3 RAM, nVIDIA GeForce 610M with 2GB DDR3 VRAM , Free dos

3)HCL Me laptop
Intel i5, 4GB DDR3 RAM, nVIDIA GeForce 520M with 2GB DDR3 VRAM , Free dos


I want to buy it for both usual work and playing Hi-end games.

With HP i heard there's serious Overheating problem and laptop shutting down .
With Asus i heard that its after sale service is not good and its nVIDIA gc is not good enough compared to AMD 7670M.
With HCL Me , its not reliable brand and not well known brand.

i can go for other laptop with reliable brand and better reliable after sale service.
if anyone know better laptop ,pls let me know.
or pls let me choose best choice from laptop mentioned above.

I agree, The graphics cards on number 2 and 3 aren't that great and he processor doesn't seem too bad as well. But I would recommend (if you can) customizing the HP laptop so it has at least 6 GB RAM.

Also, what price range are you looking at? I would recommend an HP Envy 17 at a base price of around ~$900
