laptop data recovery

hi can anyone help me i didn't back up one of our users data . i reimaged the laptop twice and bitlocked it and stop bitlock can i still recover it i used recuva and all i can see is the present files

Did you run a deep scan with Recuve or a regular scan?

If you ran a regular scan run it again with "Deep Scan" selected. If you ran one with "Deep Scan" selected then it might be too late as the files might have gotten overwritten already.

yes i run it on deepscan i think it got overwritted because of the 2 reimage with symantec ghost and the critcal part is when i bitlocked it just hoping i could retrieve it life is sad . thank by the way

Multiple reimaging, you're maybe screwed.
Encrypted it with BitLocker, and aborted the process partway through....you're probably screwed.
If none of the current consumer grade recovery tools (Recuva) can find your stuff, you are almost certainly screwed.

yeah , life is sad haha gotta find a new job thanks guys. nah bitlock finished i just turned off the encryption thanks. but i think the bitlock did the job haha of deleting the 2nd layer files .

Yea not only did Bitlocker erase files but the files were probably heavily overwritten by the 2 imaging that were done.

Sorry but data recovery at that point is impossible and any data that you could recover would probably be corrupt due to overwritten sectors.
