Question Laptop display off, but keyboard,fan running

Hello everyone,

My laptop has a problem, even service people also not able to find issue. Please help what could be possible causes.

When I turn on, it boots. After signing in , doing normal work, after some time screen went off. Only option is need to do force restart, after restart I mean after boot nothing just black screen, display turned off. But when I charge the laptop, everything works , no issues at all.

Please help.

try replacing the battery?
could be power saving turn the brightness down
