So when I try to turn on my Hp laptop only the fan and lights turn on for about 5 seconds and then turns off and repeat. The way I’ve gotten it to stop is to take out the battery but when I plug the laptop in it still happens even without the battery.
I had been working on the laptop screen so I had to completely dissemble the thing to get to the screen. Once I tried to put it back together and turn the laptop back on is when the issue started.
I think it might be a CPU problem because now the CPU is very loose and doesn’t stick on the laptop. I have feeling that the CPU was damaged while I took apart my laptop but I don’t know.
Help and advice would be very much appreciated, Thanks!
