Laptop doesn't boot after RAM change

I am a naive fellow.

My laptop model is:
Toshiba Satellite
C 50-A P0015
Part No.: PSCJGG-00900H

The RAM already inside is:
Samsung
2GB 1Rx16 PC3L-12800S-11-12-C3
M471B5674QHO-YKO 1342

The Toshiba site says (for my model):
Memory Slot
2GB DDR3L 1333 MHz RAM expandable up to 8GB

I bought
Transcend 8G 2Rx8 DDR3 1333 SO
709652-2148 RoHS [06]

and replaced the Samsung with this Transcend.

The laptop doesn't boot. Nothing but black screen.
But, boots and works fine if the Transcend 8G is removed and Samsung 2GB is placed again.

L= low voltage
