Laptop doesnt boot up due to setting the memory size low. Pls help

Hello,

I set my maximum memory in msconfig (it was a mistake) really low and now when i restart my laptop [Windows 10] it doesnt boot up. Pls help

I tried going to safe mode but that doesnt work and i tried using cmd but it says 'not enough memory resources are available to process this command'.

Is there any way to fix this without loosing files? Anyway using cmd as thats the only thing that works and responds.

The easiest way would be hooking your hard to another computer. Back up and install windows again.
