laptop doesn't show wifi

hello all!!

here is my problem

i have new laptop asus N550JX running windows 10.the laptop was conected to wifi and i could access the internet until one day it suddenly stopped.now my laptop doesn't show my wifi.all my other devices including mobile phone,ipad and tablet are connected to the same wifi with no problem.my brothers laptop using windows 8.1 is also connected to the same wifi without any problem.i tried switching on and off the router.i tried reinstalling and updating the wireless driver.my wireless driver is qualcomm atheros AR946x wireless network adaptor. and my laptop can detect other wifi signal of the neighbour.
any solutions please??
