Can someone help me to choose the best laptop for my architectural practice...I'm using programs like Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe, Office and I m willing to spend up to 1200 $ (930E). Thank you for the suggestions...
Read about the hardware acceleration feature on AutoCAD and buy your laptop accordingly.
If AutoCAD can run off GPUs, look down that road, if it's best on multi core processors, buy accordingly.
My dual core i7 laptop runs AutoCAD quite well but GRANTED -- you will be dealing with much more detailed drawings.
I advise not referencing this forum for this information. AutoCAD/Architect specific forums will have the right answer for you in half a second. Most people here will just be speculating.

Hi
You NEED to go to Autocads pages and look for MINIMUM HARDWARE specs for whatever version you are running as it needs a powerful Laptop with very good graphics....and I do not think thats enough money for a lappy to run it properly...
