laptop for college usage

I generally will be using the laptop only for movies, simple projects etc but i do need one that can run nba2k16, No other hifi games will be played. Should be available in india.

price- hopefully less than 40000 but if i can get it for less than 30000 the best.

Im not much of a gadget geek either so i do need one that does not give me much problems/
