Laptop for photoshop, lightroom and video editing

Hi, I'm looking for a laptop that can handle editing photos on photoshop, lightroom and for editing videos. I was told Asus are affordable and good quality.

I'm wondering if it's possible to run these programs on the following laptops or would I need to invest in better ones?

Asus A556UA-DM762D
Asus A556UA-DM933D

Basically i5-7200u, 4gb memory, 128gb ssd...

Don't know much about computers. I will be mostly using an external monitor that is flicker free.

Someone suggested a macbook pro retina 13". Prices are higher but would it be that much better?
