hello i have recently bought a refurbished acer e3-112. quite often i get the error message whea_uncorrectable-error. when booted into safe mode the following drivers have error, system firmware, generic pnp monitor, and 12c controller. i have updated the bios to newest version. also, in task manager it says my maximum processor speed is 2.16GHz, but when cpu is it 100%,the speed is 2.55GHz. i have never once tried to overclock my computer. i dont know if its related to overheating, the hottest my laptop has ever got is around 65-70 degrees celcius, or 149-158 fahrenheit. please can someone help me!

When you got the system did it come with a clean setup of Windows with the drivers installed? If not, do a clean Windows setup on it, there may be a recovery partition on the system to boot to so you can set it to factory defaults or use a Windows disk and do a clean setup that way. Make sure your data is backed up before starting this.
