laptop goes to hibernate at 20% battery

my laptop is acer v5-573g 2 months before it started hibernating at 10% then 1 month before it was on 15% now its on 20% now what should i do is it hardware issue or something else

Control panel, power options, change plan settings, change advanced power settings, battery. then change when it hibernates.

my low battery level is 5% and critical level is also 5% and reserve battery level is 0% then also it goes on hibernate on 20%
