laptop gs60 (sky lake,gtx970) with skyrim

I bought a new MSI GS60 with the sky lake 6700HQ and GTX970 3GB ram. Is this capable of runnig skyrim with heavy mods??

Just ot be clear, its a GTX970M, Not the desktop 970.
