A friend of mine was having problems with her 4 year old Toshiba. I installed windows 7 a year ago for a while it was doing great. For a few months now she has been having problems with it freezing. I thought it could be the hard drive needed to be formatted like it should be done every so often. So I went to reinstall and it froze. So I changed out the drive for another one I had and it went to the atipcie adapter and it BSOD. Deleted everything off the drive with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit it still did the same thing. Ran memtest for 5 hours and no errors were found. This time It got hung up on 78% for the expanding windows file with 32bit. And it doesnt try to do anything else.
