laptop has blue screen no accessibilty to log

Was on computer. Hit updates and screen turned blue. Can't even type anything no accessibility. Tried reboot. Took out battery did everything was running for 8 hours but still no change. Help!!!

Can you get into Safe Mode, pattie? (If yes, use a system restore point from there.)

If Safe Mode won't work either, you may need to get a hold of a Windows repair disc to run some utilities.
