Hi i got a Asus k53sv with I5 processor, and i clean it regularly last time i think 3 month ago also i change my thermal paste.
For 2 weeks i get on idle , nothing change in background apps, temps around 80 Celsius and i open the back cover and there is no dust.
Also i saw that my RAM's is on 4-4,5GB used on idle, any one know why?

Solution
A temp around 80 is high. Especially if you aren't doing anything at the time.

Even though you have changed the paste, you could still have say a dying fan. Which would cause overheating. Or other components could be going. I would start with fans though. They are easier to resolve. See if one or more in the device need replacing.
