Laptop help needed

hey guys,

I have a old laptop (about 3 years old) and it suddenly won't start anymore. When I try to boot it up Windows Vista won't start and it will just go off again. I think it's because of the battery because I also can't fully charge my laptop anymore; I can only carge it in the 'red' area. I can't make it be fully charged (blue area). How can I fix my problems? Should I replace the battery?

maybe there is charging problem or rrotten battery take it to service center and check it out is best option before buying new battery

Hi, remove the battery and boot with just the adapter, you will see if you have a problem with the adapter.
