Solution
If you are on Windows 7, Check to see if your browser is muted.
Right click your speaker icon
Select Open Volume Mixer
Check to see if your browser is muted(click the mute icon to mute/unmute).
Note: some browsers have a plugin helper, so look to see if anything is muted in there, scroll over if needed
