croma is new in market...but is very good on price(rs 37000 only)
dell is best except ati graphics card ....which i dont know about
so i have features on one hand(like processor) and graphics card on other
hp costs 52000rs and dell 53000rs

Croma is an Indian brand, so I really can't tell you anything about them.

notebookcheck indicates that the 4570 is much weaker than a 9600mGT. So my recommendation goes with the HP. You didn't list how much memory it had, though. In games, the GPU matters more, so, that's the ground here.
