Laptop Home Button - how to change what it does

I have a Dell Inspiron 1521 laptop that has a button on it with a picture of a house. When I press that button, it opens an application that no longer works. is there any way to change the default application that it opens? It freezes my PC, and is very annoying!

don't you have anything else better to do, like the application that runs those shortcuts i think you can download it from dell called (hot keys or something) if you cant find it means you cATN change it
