Laptop Keeps Freezing-Not Over Heatin

Hi,
I have a Samsung R530, And it keeps freezing its not over heating because when I checked in core-temp it was about 35 I have changed the thermal paste and cleaded the dust. I cant find out my gpu temps. The think its my gpu because when I ran a Ati Stress test it froze in 2 min.My gpu dose not use Thermal pads, here are my specs
Ram DDR3 4 gb
Graphics chip: Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family
Prosessor intel Core 2 Duo T6600 / 2.2 GHz
Sometimes it makes a beep noise the shutdown or restarts
Please Help

Hmm, maybe DRAM is ineffective? Not sure but first try reinstalling GPU drivers.

Isn't the GPU integrated with the processor, or do you have a discrete GPU?

I dont think its integrated because there are two processors under the heatsink. And I only started to get a beeping noise randomly or before it shuts down, and sometimes it freezes or restarts or shutdown. And yes that it.
