Hello,
My Dell Latitude E6530's keyboard is no longer working. I plugged in a wired mouse to the computer, and the keyboard stopped working instantly. No lights or anything. I tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling, but the computer doesn't even detect it. I updated the drivers for the BIOS and reset the bios to its original settings, it still doesn't work. The touchpad works, but the keyboard is completely undetectable now.
