Laptop Keyboard Steelseries application isn't detecting my keyboard

I recently wiped my laptop because some files got corrupted. During it, something didn't work properly and I spent hours working to fix it. After I fixed it, I tried to install Steelseries engine, worked fine, until the launch. I launched the program, but it wasn't able to detect my keyboard. The keyboard is the one integrated into the laptop. If you have any solutions, it would be much appreciated. I have a MSI GP72M 7RDX Leopard laptop.

Are you sure that you installed the correct version of the Steelseries engine meant for your specific laptop? Unless they have changed it to one version fits all.
