Laptop Keyboard Unresponsive

Hi,

I have Samsung Laptop windows 8 and the keyboard became unresponsive last night. I tried restarting my laptopn but didnt work. Can anyone help me with this please.

Have u done any update lately?try disconnecting your keyboard and clean the connector/pin and plug it back again.
