Laptop keys stop working sometimes.

Hi, i have an acer aspire v3-571g-9435 and I have the exact same problem as in this post: http/www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1749227/acer-aspire-5755g-laptop-keys-stopped-working.html

In addition, the exact same keys stop working for me as well so I was wondering if this is hardware or software problem. And if there any solutions.

Is your laptop is still on the warranty? I doubt its a software problem

No, unfortunately, warranty just expired. The keys work again now but I am sure it'll stop working again eventually. So I am still wondering what could cause my keys to stop working and then work again like nothing happened.
