Question Laptop Lags Whenever I play a game (Then fixes itself)

So recently I rebooted my computer (Wipe everything from it) and start new. But out of nowhere, my laptop started stuttering and having lag spikes whenever I play. It goes like this: Game runs smoothly, lag happens, computer stutters, and after a few seconds, it comes back to smooth, and repeat. This is getting really annoying and I wish to fix it soon. Change your gaming settings to high mode & also change the settings of the computer to high mode game. It will increase the performance of your system
