Question Laptop making intermittent noise (Dell XPS 9370)

Hi,
My laptop is Dell XPS 9370. Under some load, it starts making weird intermittent noise such as grinding. Noise is very sharp and is not from fans. Its towards right of the mouse. (Highlighted in the image)

Does anyone has any idea about what component it might be and what can be done for remediation? Your help is very much appreciated.
