laptop meet requirement but keep lagging in call of duty black ops3

I just got a new laptop to try some new games.
Its an HP Hewlett Packard here my spec i also got 2 graphic cards

When i play black ops 3 i get like 20 fps i dont know why and hw to fix that.
please help me and sorry because i made 2 post and i dont know how to delete one.

minimum for a graphics card is a GTX 470, your 840M is about half the speed of the 470. Your graphics card is holding you back, since its a HP laptop im not sure if you can change it out.

? HDD space but im sure you have enough.

a gtx 470 is 3 times better then the 840m and the 840m is twice as good as the 5500 on chip graphics.

yes but i got 840 m 4Gb and not 2Gb does that make a difference? because on that website they are comparing gtx with 840m 2Gb.

the 840m will hardly use more then 2gb, having 4gb on the card is almost a waste and will not help with any performance over a normal 2gb version card. So no 4gb vs 2gb does not make a difference on a 840m.
