Laptop Network Malfunctioning maybe windows damage

Hello, I own an MSI Gt783 And it recently quit getting internet from my router as I type this is connected to my router via cable and it is listed as limited connection yet I am typing to you all on my netbook and I have perfect internet connection to my router via both cable and wifi I really need help because I do my work on my MSI and its causeing me undue stress I just need to get internet working on my laptop and I don't have much money.

try doing a system restore to before this problem started.

Open cmd and type these in

Ipconfig /release
Ipconfig /renew
Ipconfig /flushdns
