Laptop not performing as it should

I have a Sager NP8651 laptop with

GTX 970m
Intel i7-4720HQ @ 2.60 GHZ
8gb of ram
Intel HD Graphics 4600
and a 850 SSD 120gb

My friend has the same laptop as i do and I'm running overwatch on low and getting 30 fps. He runs it on Ultra and gets 70+. I've downloaded new graphics drivers and checked my nvidia control panel.

Edit: My friend has Windows 8.1 and I have Windows 10, could this be the problem?

Might be OS, might also check for a newer BIOS and ensure you have the latest Win 10 drivers from the laptop site

I made sure I have all the latest drivers, but I don't know what you mean by a newer BIOS.

Check the website and see if a new BIOS is availabel for the mobo ...also look in startup for unneeded apps and remove them - they could be eating up DRAM needlessly
