Laptop off screen

I have Toshiba satellite C855D-S5302 and the serial number number XC313930Q Laptop AMD processor when I turn it on the board is working alright but there is nothing displaying on the screen and if I connect external monitor too is not working and am sure there is nothing wrong with the screen. I want the community to help me solve that problem thanks

Try powering it off, take the battery out, disconnect the AC adapter and press the power button like 10 times then hold the power button down for 10 seconds or so, then connect the AC adapter (leave the battery out for now) and try powering it back on.
