What is the best AIO/Laptop for gaming in this price range. Youe answers will greatly reduce stress. I have only this one time to spend this money,. Since I have a family wife will not allow it, Time is of the essence.

As mentioned above, so long as the games are a bit older, you shouldn't have any problems playing them. Just keep in mind that if you buy any new games, not to expect much by way of cranking up the settings.
HP All-in-One 200t series
This is the one I was looking at , will probable have to change video card option to
512MB NVIDIA GeForce G210

This is another one I was thinking about HP TouchSmart 310z series

What kind of gaming do you do? Do you prefer high, medium, or low settings? If you can stand lower settings, the HP AIO 200t will work alright, but if you prefer a bit better gaming, you'll have to find something with a bit more of a GPU.

Do you think the second unit will be better, I have the first far cry, which in it day was very demanding as far as video goes. I am action first person, prince of persia, games on that line. really haven brought any thing new on market in a couple years or so..

ATI Radeon HD 4270

The 4270 is just a bit better than onboard Intel graphics. But if you play older games, it'll do. Have a look at the GPU benchmark link in my signature to get a better idea of what to expect in comparison to a laptop GPU.
